When I saw that this episode was the in-your-face web cam shot I was a bit skeptical at first. But I think you pulled it off and this episode really worked. But my personal preference is the style where you are on the couch as opposed to the web cam.
To me, as a viewer, I think a show feels more relaxed when the host is at more of distance rather than right in your face.
